Put You On TrialChris DiStefano

The method

How a trial runs

Evidence, not affirmations. Structure, not vibes. You do the thinking. I make sure it is honest.

  1. The charge. Name the belief on trial. “I will never wake up.” “I ruin everything I touch.” “I’m not built for this.” One at a time.
  2. Discovery. What actually happened, separated from what you concluded about it. Most cases fall apart here.
  3. Cross-examination. Every claim gets questioned. The ones that hurt you and the ones that protect you. Especially those.
  4. Verdict. What holds up, stays. What does not, is dismissed — out loud, on the record.
  5. Sentencing. The practice. Specific, daily, measurable. The body gets involved here — a verdict the nervous system has not signed does not hold.
